The mission of HEPC is to partner with public and private institutions, local government authorities (LGAs), and NGOs to provide urban and rural populations sustainable water supply and the highest quality water services at a reasonable cost with excellent customer service. HEPC accomplishes this mission in two ways. First we use environmental and user-friendly technologies with high standards on environment and usability. Secondly, a large part of our profits is always used to develop the country even further. This means we use the profits in further projects within the country, i.e. by investing in education, employment and housing.
